LAMC is partnering with SC DHEC, U of SC, College of Charleston, and Clemson University, to offer hands-on Community Managed Disaster Risk Reduction Training (EJSTRONG). This training will help you prepare yourself and your community to respond to disasters such as, hurricanes, flooding, chemical releases, and pandemics.
Over four weekends, participants will explore and learn about resources available and strategies that can be employed in disaster situations. All training sessions are completely free and will take place at a local North Charleston community center. Meals and snacks will be provided. (more information is on the flyer below)
The first training is Friday June 25th – Saturday June 26th
